To be a kid again….. so carefree! The weather and light were perfect for this photo shoot!
I had the pleasure of photographing the Keller family who was anxious and excited to finally get some solid family portraits! As we soon found, it’s quite a challenge to get a 1 year old to sit still, and a 3 year old to stay entertained! I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed taking them
I wanted to showcase my work throughout the past year by posting a HUGE blog highlighting the fun I’ve had photographing the wonderful people, couples, pets, and families that have requested sessions — everything ranging from personal portfolio work, family sessions, and wedding anniversaries!
It has been SUCH a blessing to be allowed to enter into the lives and relationships of such amazing people – seriously, sometimes I have to *pinch* myself to make sure this isn’t a dream

Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment
When Lisa-Marie asked me to take pictures of her as a gift for her boyfriend, I jumped for excitement at the adventures that lay before us. Lisa is a great reminder to me in remembering to live mindfully, in the moment, and attempting to do so with peace.
With this in mind, it brings me back to a state of reality in which I close my eyes, take a deep breathe, and remain still (just be).
Welcome to my wonderful new blog — a chance to highlight my photography in a beautiful way (isn’t this new blog layout fantastic!!??), and fill you in on my personal happenings (most likely in the form of pictures, stories, and recipes! Can I hear a Yipppeeeee!?) Ok,… so as you can tell, I’m SO EXCITED!
