*Sneak Peek* Bri & Matthew ~ Engagement

There are no words to describe how awesome spending the afternoon with these two was …  it was a perfect chance to get to know one another, frolic through fields, share lots of laughter, and of course showcase the love these two have for one another. Not only am I bursting with the chance to edit today’s session, but I cannot WAIT for their wedding day. After getting filled in on many details of their special day, I’ll be counting down the days with them! Bri & Matthew, I enjoyed watching the sparkle in your eyes while you interacted with each other. Love is a beautiful thing, and you my friends, have found it. More on their session later, enjoy the beautiful sneak peeks of their engagement session <3

Sugar Shoot

YaY the Sugar Shoot update is here! It’s been busy busy times, but I’m making it a specific goal to be posting on time! No excuses. Even if it means staying up a bit later to get things done (please ignore the time this was posted)! As mentioned in a previous post, I got to spend a day with some fabulous photographers and the great Katelyn James! It was inspiration, educational, and just plain fun. I think that all photographers, no matter what stage in your career should attend conferences, seminars, & classes when available! Thank you to Katelyn James for hosting and educating – she did a beautiful job! WOW that girl can decorate & stage! From the moment I walked in the door, I could tell she put her entire heart and soul into the day, and the day met all of my expectations and then some. I left feeling inspired, motivated, and more confident about how to move forward for my business. Without further ado, enjoy the Sugar Shoot pics! (see previous blog post for sneak peek awesomeness!)

And here are some behind the scenes images that Katelyn James posted on her blog! Yes, I know I look like I’m bowling – after looking at these I now understand why my legs hurt so much the next day! Leg squats! Whoop!

And here is a list of the wonderful vendors from the day, they deserve a shoutout (check them out!)

*Sneak Peak* Sugar Shoot

I’m so excited for these coming posts. I’ve been helping with weddings, took a mini-trip to D.C. with Ms. Tiff, and this past weekend had the pleasure of joining 18 other beautiful girls to be inspired, learn, and grow in everything photography! I would first like to send a shout out to Katelyn James for hosting and conducting such a wonderful seminar. I’ve spoken with quite a few of you who are curious to attend her next one, and to that I say “Seriously, GO!” Not only did I gain some really valuable tools but I got to spend the day meeting other fabulous photographers, shooting in the coolest locations, and learn from the great Katelyn James. Not only is she super knowledgeable, but has such a heart for people, for life, and this wonderful field. I will speak more in depth about the day, as well as discuss the awesome vendors that helped create such an awesome experience, but for now, I wanted to give you a mini sneak-peak of what I was up to this past Saturday, Enjoy <3
