The day started with tranquil and relaxing music – it set a great tone for such a flawless and romantic day. Brandy got ready at the Ritz Carlton in uptown Charlotte – she wanted a relaxing space that had the BEST light for the getting ready images (thank you for thinking about even the smallest details – it makes a huge difference!!) Even though the threat of spring rain loomed in the distance, we were able to walk from the hotel to the wedding location without a drop! I loved getting to capture candid moments as we walked with Brandy, her mom, and sister! I think onlookers thought Brandy was a celebrity with all of our cameras on her as she walked! As soon as Brandy walked down the aisle at the Levine Museum of the New South and saw Jacob, she just melted. The rest of the day was filled with laughter, happy tears, a choreographed first dance, and a hoppin’ dance floor! Brandy & Jacob, thank you for the constant laughter.
