This has been my third wedding (three years in a row!) back to Keswick Vineyards in Charlottesville, Virginia. I love the gorgeous rolling hills you can see for miles, the surrounding wooded areas (that get the very best sunsets), and the hospitality of everyone at Keswick. Plus every time I step foot on the property, all the memories of Chad & Lisa’s wedding (2012) and Will & Kelly’s wedding (2013) come rushing back like it was just yesterday. I really love the challenge of photographing each wedding there in a unique way – exploring new areas and telling each couples story as their own. Jack & Caitlin really made the whole day about celebrating with their closest friends & family. It was such a relaxed and happy day – filled with an assortment of Fall mixed drinks (who would have thought hot apple cider would go great with fireball – yum!), lots of laughter, spontaneous dance parties, a sunset ceremony, and an abundance of emotional hugs. Special thanks to Kasey for spending the weekend in Virginia with me and helping photograph their story. Jack and Caitlin, it was such an honor to photograph your wedding day at Keswick vineyards.
